Robert Spencer - Principal
Bob brings over 15 years of consulting as well as an additional 15 years of financial experience as owner, CFO, controller, and analyst to his clients. Bob has provided financial and operational management and executive coaching, conducted capital raises in excess of $200M for working capital and acquisitions, managed client staffs during CFO and President replacements, and run strategic planning for growth/divestiture/ownership transitions. Prior to consulting, Bob started and ran multiple businesses as owner, served as CFO of several regional companies, and oversaw a global construction operation for a Fortune 50 company in a controller capacity.
Bob serves clients across the United States and internationally. While he resides in Michigan, he will travel nationally and internationally.
Bob received a Masters in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Financy from the University of Southern California.
Bob's current and past clients participate in industries including technology development and manufacturing (both hardware and software), internet commerce, transportation and logistics, healthcare and rehabilitation services, food and hard good processing and distribution, trade school development and management, and construction. His clients have ranged in size from small business ($10M in sales) to Fortune 50.
